Exploring the High Plateau of Tibetan Yunnan
Exploring the Tibetan area in the highlands of Shangri-La in Zhongdian, visiting the villages of the Lisu ethnic group, and hiking the snow-capped sacred mountain. Documenting the black-necked crane in Napa Lake, visiting the Hano ethnic group’s yak and Tibetan mastiff farms. Together we appreciate the rhythm of the plateau and the vibrant colours of Thangkas in the midst of severe wind and snow.
